This is a weight-loss diet that allows you lose 1 kilo in just two days. It’s simple: just follow the menu indicated.  The menu consists of four doses: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. It is a very low-calorie menu that should be repeated during the two days of the diet.

Breakfast: a freshly squeezed orange juice to get up, half an hour later, a black coffee and a slice of bread dipped in honey

Food: two grated carrots with lemon, a cup of mint tea
In the afternoon: a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, a glass of milk, tea or coffee
Dinner: a salad of lettuce, onions, mushrooms accompanied by a poached egg and toast integral; an apple dessert and if you want a tea before bed

This is a totally restrictive diet that provides nutrients for our bodies. Such diets are always harmful long-term and even short-term in the case of people with some type of disease, pregnant women or children. This diet encourages the rebound effect: upon completion and return to normal diet, will recover the lost weight easily and even gets fat.
