The Cabbage Soup Diet (II)

Stages
Day 1: Cabbage soup and fruit, except bananas. Day 2: Soup and vegetables. Do not eat legumes such as corn, peas and dry beans. At dinner you can taste a potato baked, topped with a little butter. Do not touch the fruit of the day. Day 3: Cabbage soup, fruit (except bananas) and vegetables. Day 4: Cabbage soup, skim milk will and up to 8 bananas. Day 5: Cabbage soup, 300 and 500 grams of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink 7 to 8 glasses of water in order to purify the body. Day 6: Cabbage soup and beef, grilled chicken without skin or calf. Drink with vegetables as desired. Day 7: Cabbage soup and brown rice, vegetables and fruit juices without sugar at will.

Results
Weight loss is rapid and significant: 5 to 7 kilos.

Most
There is no real sense of hunger, because many foods are consumed at will. The purgative soup can “cleanse” the body. This diet is economical and easy to follow. It may be an alternative to lose weight quickly, but you will then have to adopt a healthy lifestyle to keep the line and health.

The least

Some say that cabbage has the property to burn calories. The purpose of the cabbage soup diet is to eat cabbage soup, adding some food every day. The Dukan Diet

This diet plan was originally close to the hyper protein diet, Dr. Pierre Dukan, a nutritionist specializing in eating behavior, is heavily loaded with protein.

Principle
Very close to the hyper-protein diet, the Dukan diet offers a program in 4 phases rich in protein, low in calories and have the advantage of reducing appetite. The Atkins Diet

The Atkins diet is broad as it is a diet that can be followed once life has already been achieved weight loss. The main principle of Atkins is the restriction of carbohydrates (fruits, vegetables, dairy products) and sugars in our diet to increase consumption instead of protein and fat (meat, fish, shellfish, sausages and eggs).
