Apple Diet

The apple diet is a quick and easy diet to regain the figure. This consists of adding two blocks every day in our meals. The apple is also a very healthy fruit, refreshing and rich in vitamins.

Operation of the apple diet

As mentioned, the apple is a very healthy fruit that helps prevent disease. It is beneficial to the skin, lowers cholesterol, lowers blood pressure and prevent cardiovascular disease.

Breakfast: tea, coffee or other infusion; be added skim milk, spread on a slice of bread with light cream cheese

Mid-morning: a cup of puree or apple sauce or a baked apple

Food: choose a dish from the following:

* A leg or baked chicken breast with steamed vegetables
* A salad of lettuce, tomato, onion and fat-free cheese
* A fillet of beef or beef grilled
* An egg omelette with salad of tuna, lettuce, tomato and grated carrot
* Dessert: a baked apple

By mid-afternoon: tea, coffee or other infusion, a low-fat yogurt, apple
Dinner: choose one dish from the following:

* An eggplant or spinach cooked with potatoes in the oven
* An egg omelette with green salad and grated apple
* Boiled white rice seasoned with salt and served with vegetables in the oven
* Lettuce, tomato, onion, carrots and mushrooms
* Dessert: fruit salad

Disadvantages of apple diet

A diet based on food only causes boredom and just inviting her abandonment. Any weight loss diet should be determined for healthy and balanced diet nutrients and must be accompanied by regular physical activity tailored to the needs of each.
